The Rubber Technology Department maintains the training and placement cell to help students prepare for the job search. Special assistance is given to students in developing interviewing skills. Major industries conduct campus interviews for final year students. Thus the selected students are getting their job offers through the cell. Faculty members also maintain valuable networks with both alumni and potential employers. Entrepreneurship awareness camps are organized at the department to prepare the students for starting their industry. Special lectures are arranged for students to have first-hand information for the further studies in India & abroad. Many national companies regularly visit the campus for the selection of students. Some of them are Reliance, Accenture, TCS, CEAT, BKT, Sevitsil, Rubber King, etc.
