SPECIFICATIONS FOR JAR MILL

• Capacity: 50 litres

• A pair of hard rubber coated rollers one of them driven by ½ H.P. Single Phase motor with electrical starter and 6 porcelains special type jars. Thermal overload protector should be provided.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

• First of all, prepare the jars for preparing the powder; take small river stones (pieces) equivalent to half the weight of the powder.

•  Put into the jar this with powder and water as required by the particular material. Then put the jar on the machine horizontally and start the machine. Note down the time, the machine will run continuously till we stop it.

• Press RED button to stop the machine.

• Note: The machine is to be stopped manually after visually checking the powder size.
