Objective

• This is used to cover hose, wires, tyre bead wire and the extruder function here remains same as for regular extruder and cold feed type is preferred. The extruder barrel, screw and head can be heated / cooled to desired temperature.

Operating Mechanism

• In hot feed extrusion, the rubber strip that is fed into the machine must be pre-warmed and plasticized on a rubber mill prior to processing. 

• After extrusion, the parts are conveyed through a continuous curing line utilizing microwave curing or placed in an autoclave for curing before being cut into the required length.
